Sir, I have purchased Sony Ericsson Mobile from M/s. Social Eletronics, Fort, Mumbai-1 vide their Cash Memo No.4849 dt.[protected]. On the display small spot was shown and day by day it developed more and the screen was illegible to read. I made a complaint with the shop-keeper, who in turn advised me to contact the Service Centre of Sony Ericsson at Salora International, 384, Dongre Bldg, Sham Rao Vittal Lane, Lamington Road, Grant Road, Mumbai-7. My complaint was accepted by them vide their Complaint ID SES08MUM14402 on 2-4-2008. There is only one Tel. No. i.e. 23886570 is mentioned in the said Form. I have submitted my instrument for repair. However, it is very difficult to get their telephone No. Most of the time it is engaged or even ring goes but without any response. Since I am working in a pvt. co. it may not be possible to visit them now and then. It would be a great help if your your goodselves intervene in the mattr and get the service done for my handset.

i have purchase sony ericsson g-502 in 4thapril 2009. then after 2month mobile display body colour coatede was open automatically, so at that time i gone mobile in service centre, so service center change it, but after 1 month this problem has been occured again.. so now this problem has occured continu, and pressantlly my mobile in warranty period but after warranty what can i do?and my imei no.[protected].. so i want to sufficient replay..my contact no.[protected]
