This is in regards to the mobile phone model W830i, IMEI # [protected], which i had purchased on 2nd of August 2007 @ Rs 16100. Purchasing an expensive model, i thought i would get the value of the money spent. But i was in for a shock, not even a year and it started giving me problems. I took it to the servicing center, they said that the issue was with the software.It worked fine for a month or so, later it started giving me problems again. So took it to the servie center, Cariano telecom pvt ltd, 4/1 Roop nagar, Delhi - 07, as it was still under the warranty on 30th July 2008, Job # SES08CT114718. Till now i haven't received my phone back. Called up Sony Ericcson's call center and lodged a complaint vide reference # SE749 - 1335. But still no result. The service center informed me that they had tried changing the defective part but the issue did not get resolved and have asked me to wait for another week to see if the issue is resolved. So here i am, spending so much money on a defective phone from Sony Ericcson which has a reputation of being the best. Was this information helpful? |
