Sony Ericsson K530i — bad experience phone not yet received

i submitted the phone on 30th aug they said me u got ur phone on 20th sep but its 30 sep not yet recived they sent phone to head office for hardware replacemaint but till date not dispatch from head office its 1 month over there is no status of my phone

Sony Ericsson K530i — Want toknow the centre of hotspot in india

Few days ago my cell has undergone some water damage i want it to get repaired but i dont know the centers of hotspot in karnataka. Can u help me plz??
Actually i bought it from jaipur so dnt know hotspot cetres here in karnataka and they havent mentioned avout this anywhere in their care pack.

i have submitted the handset on 20th of march after that i got the handset on 13th april but new problem of autmatically switching off has occured so i again submit the hand set on14th april .till now i have not gt my handset .so plz resolve my problem.

i bought sony ericsson mobile k530i on 27 sep.2008 .after that on 19 march2009 igot problem with my handset that it completely dead .aftr that i submited the handset in A.V.INFOSYSTEM in ALIGARH.i got my hand set on13 april .but another problem is created that it automatically switched off.so i resubmited the handset to the same service center on14 april.till now they are unable to dipatch my handset.due to this i am facing many problem.plz take action against this firm.

i am fully agree with all the complaint against sony mobile and custmer services.iam one of these

my blue tooth us not been working for past 2 months. i gave to sony certified service center and no solutions had not given yet

Sony Ericsson K530i — poor after sale service

i ashok ahuja from ludhiana purchased sony ericsson k530i handset on 9th june, 2008 from CLASSIC GISTS, GHUMAR MANDI and it suddenly started creating prblem from last month and suddenly stopped working and when i gave my grevience to the serviceman of classic gifts, he told me to take it to the service station. then i went to the service station and told them about my problem. but now they are giving false statements, that the mobile has been washed out in water tht's why it has stopped working. but we are claiming that it has stopped working without any fault of ours . so they are creating problems for me. so kindly look into the matter and do the needful. orotherwise i have to take the help of the consumer court. so kindly pay attention to the matter. and the refreence no. given by the service station is - "seo[protected]"

Sony Ericsson K530i — Bad response from service center

Hi,

My phone's display was damaged due liquid spilling over it. I gave it to repair in one of the autohrized service center in Mumbai RT OUTSOURCING. Its been more than 45 days, i have not received the phone yet. They tried to fool me by giving the different phone first as they have messed up with my cell. But the cell which they gave is also not working and it very old handset. I have logged a complaint with SONY ERICSSON, India for the same. When they contacted service center, they that phone is ready and i can take it from the service center. But when i called the service the person over there says that the phone is not ready still. They are lying to me and SONY ERICSSON Call Center.

Please help.

K530 i sony Eriction — Not recovered

As i have submitted my handset K530 i reciept no.se oo[protected] on the shivansh communication authorised service centre sony eriction Agra on 26th june 2009 i.e. in warantee period & as per the commitment I was suppose to recieve the hand set on 13 th july 2009 but till dat I have not received the handset with respect to that I had diposited the Handsfree model No. HPM 64 SE [protected] reciept no. of service centre againest which i had login complain in customer care on 15th july with the complain ID 78390923 & 78391041 respectively but still I have not received any concrete answer.

Kindly reevert me the same otherwise I have to go to consumer forem

I was one of the setisfied customer of sony eriction but now because of this ridiculous experience of service I won't suggest any of my friend to purchase your any instrument

Sony Ericsson K530i — Handset not received

I had K530i (sony ericsson) and it was not worked proper so i tell about it sony ericsson service center and they told me that your phone has some problem and it not getting working properly. I have given my phone as on 27.06.2009 and they give me time of two weeks and it will be two months. When I call custmer care they tell me that your phone is on process so please help me.

Sony Ericsson K530i — Camera

When I try to open camera for taking pictures or video, it is showing that another application is running and to close it and then restart camera. But there will be no running applications..AND I AM NOT ABLE TO USE THE CAMERA...

my mother board hot damaged i had given it to sony erission service center in hyderbad but they told the mother board is problem and will be charged more than 6000 for the replacement of it kindly suggest me some other alternative

Sony Ericsson K530i — Suitable PC suite

while saving sent item, it saves in the current dates only and not in the actual dates and time and for the inbox items saves in a time delay where the date is ok, i need a solution for the same!

Pls help me out as i have to save and maintain the records of the messages sent and received i m facing problem and later i have edit all the message for the date and time!!

I lost my Sony Ericsson K530i mobile handset of thunder black colour in 2009 with having IMEI no.[protected].
It also had a memory card of 512MB.
Please help me to find it.
