An Xperia X10i Sony Ericsson mobile was purchased from mobile stop, bhubaneswar, orissa on 07/06/2010. Charging problem developed with charger not connecting and the mobile was handed over to RT Outsourcing, Jharkhand, L-2A, LG-II, City Centre, Club Road, Ranchi on 27.12.2010 under work order no.SE310RTJ11605. After visiting many times at the service centre and e-mails to sony ericsson support centre the mobile was handed back on 01/02/2011 after more than two months. They changed the mobile mother board. The mobile IMEI Sr. No [protected] was changed to IMEI Sr. No.[protected]. When I took the mobile another problem started as it switched off every time when I operated. As I was out of station so I rang up the service centre and told them the problem. They replied we will install the software again and it will work. When I came back to ranchi I handed over the mobile to Accel Frontline Ranchi on 01/04/2011 under work order no.SE311ARN10060. Till date the mobile has not been returned after repair inspite of many reminders. One year warranty has been given which is being wasted as most of the time it is lying with the service centre. Besides mental agony I'm facing financial loss also as it was useful in my business transactions. Was this information helpful? | |||
