sir, i mahendra singh, i m a student, i hv submitted my battery in chandigarh sonyericsson service center sec.18D i submitted my mobile battery BST-33, on 29 august 2009. my work order no. is SE309RTC12907, i have gone to many times to service center and even many times call their,they always said plz come one week later. 4 month going to complete till. i hv not got my battery. i call their but don't pick up the phn.
