I have purchased one Sony Ericson Mobile Model-W 350, S.No.[protected] on 11.09.08 through Easy Cell City chennai - 84, . Later I found defective in battery (Capacity charging problem) I requested to Easy Cell City people for the replacement of defective piece of mobile and got acknowledgement from them on 17.10.08
