To the Management Team,
I have used several walkman series phones and i have always faced problems with your sony phones..... It always gets hanged, has charging problems and so on....
My current sony phone ie. W995 is giving me lots of problem. Its within the warranty period and i have given it on servicing twice within a span of just 6 months. My previous Workorder no - SE310SGI12169 and my Current Workorder no - SE31141410194
I have given my phone for servicing on 23rd MAY '11 and its still with your Servicing Centre. Its more than a month, i am relly upset with your services. VERY BAD SERVICE. When i contacted Sony Ericcson through email service they answered me saying that the phone is ready for delivery but wen contacted with the service center they are saying its still not ready. I never expected Sony to provide such bad servide n false promises week after week.
Kindly REPLACE it and give me a NEW n BETTER phone. I wont accept the old phone.Please look into this matter at the earliest.
