[Resolved] Sony Ericsson — Defect not able to solve in my Mobile- Sony Ericsson Model no C510. | |||
Complaint no- SE[protected] / SE[protected] / SE[protected]. I have an mobile of Sony Ericsson with Model C510. Recently my mobile is giving problem in Charging. The message comes as SERIOUS ERROR : STOP CHARGING. STOP USING YOUR PHONE AND CONTACT A SONY ERRICSSON SERVICE CENTRE. I had visited to 2 nos of your Sony Erricsson Authorized Service centres at Thane. The address are as below: M/s Nissi Communication centre - Thane (East) visited dated 21.03.2011. M/s C-com Services – Eternity mall Thane (West) visited dated 18.03.2011. On 18.03.2011 I was advised by your M/s C-Com Services that the mobile battery is a problem. PLEASE NOTE THE BATTERY WAS NOT AVAILABLE AT YOUR AUTHORSIED SERVICE CENTRE. I was told to go at some other dealers at Thane to purchase the battery. Accordingly I had purchased an new battery but still charging was not happening and the same ERROR MESSAGE came at the time of charging. On 21.03.2011 I visited M/s M/s Nissi Communication centre - Thane (East) they checked the handset and told there is no problem with your handset and I can use my handset. I am really surprised that your Authorized service centres are unable to identify & solve the above problem. I shall be very much grateful if you can give your expert opinion in solving the above problem at the earliest. So that my handset is not damaged. J R Chawhan Mobile no-[protected].
