Sony Ericsson Contact Center, Ticket: 78532806>>>WorkorderNo.SE309TEC12042>>CaseID.78405154 I have submitted my Phone on 14th of July 2009 and i received a call on 24th July 2009 from one of sony engg. and he said >>> "we unable to resolve your mobile charging issue and only can do jog dial alinement and software format and if in anyway we try to repair charging issue may be your mobile go to DEAD mode and in that case we not responsible for that" Then i told him not to do anything and handover my mobile back. I call again to Technocare on 27th that i am coming to collect my mobile than he said please come tomorrow (28th) evening, Now i called again on (28th) to Technocare than a receiver response that my mobile is in under progress and they working on my mobile, Finally i receive my handset on 31st July 2009 after paying Rupee 520 and warranty of 1 month, when i kept my mobile for charging upto 2 hour i found my charging issue is as it is and not charging, I Know its under warranty for month now but what about the time period they waste of mine and one more thing my handset body also not closed properly.
