I had purchased a Sony Erricson J 105i ( IMEI number : [protected]) on 18 July 2010 from MOBILE STORE , Kerala. They showed me the demo there and it was working fine.. But unfortunately on the same day when i tried with another sim it was showing me error message "INSERT SIM"
As i am working in Bangalore i took the set to Shristi Services (Authorised Sony Erricson Dealers in Bangalore Phone number :[protected]) , they said that Sim PIN has been broken .. I wonder how this happened just by changing the sim... I am using Mobile from Past 10 years and never had such kind of experience.. If i Frequently change the sim and if it gets broke it has some meaning...But this is a BRAND NEW SET I BOUGHT.. HERE IT SHOWS THE QUALITY OF THE GREAT SONY ERRICSON BRAND
Anyway since i purchsed it i gave them to repair for which they told Warranty will not be covered (Since its PHYSICAL DAMAGE...)..Now today they gave me a call and said me that they changed the SIM PIN still its not working ... They are saying its MOTHER BOARD Problem and i have to change it spending approximately 4000 RS
So kindly suggest what should i do this with this set.. Is this your QUALITY POLICY... ????? Was this information helpful? |
