before, and i am facing a problem with it.The phone's reciever is not working.whenever the phone bell's
and i recieve it, i could not here it.I've also gone to your service centre & they told me that "this part is not available right now".they said that give your phone for 10-15 days.So can you please arrange that part
soon.i live in Dwarka N.D.-75.

Sony Ericsson T700 — Frequent problems with phone

I purchased a T 700 in december.The phone is pretty classy and elegant.but in january the ringer stopped working, when i gave it for repairs, I got the set back after 2 and a half months.Now the phone has stopped detecting my charger and also the charging port is developing greenish coating.the port is located at a place where you are bound to touch and on a hot day the contacts rust because of the sweat.

T700 — delay in mobile repair, not getting feedback what is happening

is it because the mobile handset is under warrenty period? I dont know why?
since last one month i had handed over my mobile handset to Sony ericsson serv centre, D.N. Nagar , Andheri. Since, then I am trying to contact them.
Many time I get no response on their land line Tel No., it says the No. u r trying to call is out of service. Occasionally I get reply from them, that my mobile is sent to next level for repair. They are not able to mrntion at what level, what is happening neither they can track the department where it is? they themselves cannot contact the particular dept neither they give me the references to contact myself.

Further, sometime they say6 u can collect your handset tomorrow, but the next day they dont have any idea whre it is.

why they misguide me I don't know.

further, why dont they have a harmonized system, by which the can inform the client (even by SMS or calls)) on specific interval that what is happening & why the stuff is getting delayed.

during all this period the Web service for service tracker only displays that "your mobile is under repair"

again, Why dont anybody mention me that how much time it will take & what is the problem. Instead of wasting time I can buy some other instrument(of course other than SONY ERICSSON)

I M fed up & have no clue atall whatis happening.

T700 — Service

I bought a sony ericsson model T700 mobile phone on January 25, 2009 while my phone automatically gets restarted after few hours despite of not been touched or no action taken. Even I got my cell phone serviced at one of the Sony Ericsson service center in Meerut (U.P.) in December 2009 but even after the service the phone is creating same trouble to me. Presently, I am in Trivandrum and hence want the list of the Sony Ericsson authorized service providers in Trivandrum (Kerala) where I can get my phone repaired and get the rid of the stated problem.

Please do the needful on urgent basis in regard of aforesaid technical problems.

by mistake i become the customer of sony ericssion. i really sorry for that.
i purchased the sony erricssion t700 set on 5th may 2009. it is under
warranty period.
i have used this cell for only 4 to 5 months.
i had given this cell to service centre then the problem was not rectified
then i went for another service centre in pune then also the problem
was not rectified bcoz the problem of crystal chip
then, i went to mumbai. i got my chip replaced there but a new problem
occured then.

as a student in khandala which is between mumbai and pune i visited
many service centres after missing the important classes
i invested rs.11,400 in that cell phone. it is a big deal for a student.

please replace my cellphone.
i would b thankful 2 u.
