Sony Ericsson / W595 - Mobile — Defective model & battery

I had purchased Sony Ericsson mobile model no W595 from authorised dealer at Cannaught Place, Chakrata Road in Dec. 2008. The mobile set has been a complete let down and bulging of its battery was life threatening.
There were repeated breakdowns and failure of parts especially of sliding screen,causing undue distress and expenditure on relatively high end model like this.
Few months back, all of a sudden I noticed the back flap to be unduly hot and on close examination found that the phone casing had bulged. On further examination,the battery was found to be inflated and disfigured. In addition,the screen was became dysfunctional and resultant loss of data. Your authorized service centre in Lajpat Nagar, New Deelhi could neither help me in retreiving the data and could not provide any relief.
I am constrained to approach you to attend to these defects and compensate me,f ailing which I shall approach the media and consumer court to highlight your poor quality of products as well as lackadaisical attitude of your service centres.
