Sony Ericsson W595 — Regarding Mobile

I am using Sony Ericsson W595 model and i have display problem where i handed over my mobile for reparing on 27th Nov, 2010 at

My Workorder No. is SE310RT320611.
It has been over 50 days and there is no response from their side. Since i don't have a spare mobile its been a pain to me handle my day to day life. Last week i called them and asked about my mobile, they told me that we'll give your mobile on Monday this week, However i did not received any call from them.

It would be great if you consider my request and do the needful ASAP.
