Hi,
I purchased a xperia x10 i , 1 year back. Just after an year, it got the mother board issue and somthing is burnt inside. I am stiill thinking what kind of board manufacturing Sony is doing. I feel like i wasted my 27,000 Rs on this mobile. It a waste product i have brought. And above all, pathetic customer care service.
I went for "Trident communications" 80 Feet Road,Koromangala,Bangalore. First of all the receptionist is rude and does not know how to speak to the customer. And the enigineer response was "Sir, i does not know what the problem is but minimum Rs. 3500/- you have to pay for servicing". I laughed, that when you do not know what the problem is, then how come giving a price quote to me. Anyway, i have submitted my mobile to them :-

They told that i will give you a call, but as usual, didnt called me. I called after 5 days, then they are telling "I sent to chennai, but i dont know the status". I am really frustated. Dont know what to do.
Mr. Anil Sethi, please help me. First of all, such a costly mobile should not be face manufacturing issue just after an year.. Now, it is not not in warranty (2 month back) and Trident guys are askning huge money for repairing.
