SUBJECT :- COMPLAINT AGAINST SERVICE STATION KIND ATTENTION, PLEASE NOTE THAT I HAVE A COMPLAINT AGAINST YOUR SERVICE STATION.I DEPOSIT MY PHONE MODEL NO-K790I FOR REPAIRING OF CAMERA SIDE SWITCH,JOY STICK/NAVIGATION KEY AND CHARGER/HEADPHONE/USB CABLE CONECTOR AT YOUR SERVICE STATION(19 NETAJI SUBHASH MARG DARYAGANJ DELHI) IN WORKORDER NO-SE[protected] ON 13/10/2009. I WAS CALLED ON 18/10/2009 FOR RECEIVING MY PHONE.AFTER REACHED SERVICE STATION I SAW THAT MY PHONE WAS NOT PROPER REPAIR AND BODY OF MY PHONE WAS BROKEN.SO I DID NOT RECEIVED MY PHONE FROM SERVICE STAION BECAUSE BODY OF MY PHONE WAS BROKEN BY YOUR SERVICE ENGINEER. SO I DEPOSIT IT AGAIN IN WORKORDER NO-SE[protected] FOR PROPER REPAIRING AND REPLACING OF BODY COVER. I ALSO REGISTERED MY COMPLAINT ON SONY ERICSSON CUSTOMER CARE VIDE COMPLAINT NO[protected] SO I REQUEST TO YOU PLEASE REPAIR MY PHONE PROPERLY AND REPLACE MY PHONE BODY DUE TO MISTAKE OF YOUR SIDE OTHERWISE I WILL TAKE A LEGEL ACTION AGAINST YOU.
