The voice of my sony LDC bravia is not clear and is coming out with lts of disturbance. I have raised a complaint on Sony toll free number and they asked me to do some settings but even after those settings the problem didn't get rectified. I called them again on 25th December and they asigned a engineer to see the problem. they provided me the complaint number 6666082. They told me that Engineer will visit within 48 hours. I called them back on 29th Dec (After 4 days) and sony representative told me that they will take 7 days for engineer to visit and told me that engineer will visit on or before 4th of December. Today is 8th o December and I didn't get any one from Sony to look at the LCD. I called them today and they were asking me whether the engineer has visited or not. This is really a disgusting service from such a big brand.
