I HAD PURCHASED ONE LCD TV 2 MONTHS BEFORE FROM A REPUTED DEALER AT KOLKATA.FROM DAY ONE, I HAD LODGED THREE TIMES COMPLAIN DUE TO QUALITY ISSUES.MY LCD IS NOT CONTINUING HIS PICTURE & SOUND SEVERAL TIMES.ENGINEER CAME & RECTIFIED & TOLD US THAT NO PROBLEM IS THERE.HOW MANY TIMES I WILL SUFFER BY PURCHASING A NEW ONE BY CASH????SO, I WANT REPLACEMENT ASAP & THE LCD IS IN OFF MODE FOR LAST 15 DAYS.I WISH TO KNOCK THE DOOR OF CONSUMER FORUM VIDE MY COMPLAIN NO.10794032 DATED 28/7/12, & OLD COMPLAIN NO.
