Sony Laptop — laptop fault

MY LAPTOP HAS SEVERAL PROBLEMS.THE BATTERY BACK UP WAS JUST 20 MINUTES.I GAVE MY LAPTOP TO SERVICE CENTER FOR REPAIR IN AUGUST.FIRST THEY TOLD ME THAT
THERE WAS NO PROBLKEM IN MY LAPTOP.AFTER 4 DAYS THEY TOLD THAT THE PROBLEM WAS THERE IN MOTHERBOARD,THE TIME I HAVE TAKEN MY LAPTOP BACK FROM SERVICE
CENTER,ITS PERFOMANCE IS VERY BAD.THE LAPTOP GET HEATED TOO MUCH AND IT HAS A VERY SLOW PERFOMANCE
