I ABHISHEK PASARI . I HAVE PURCHASED A SONY VIAO LAPTOP SVE15113EN ON 8 OF JULY 2012 AND AFTER 1 WEEK LATER I AM FACING THE PROBLEM REGARDING MY BATTERY OF MY LAPTOP. MY LAPTOP IS ONLY WORKING WITH THE CHARGER. AND WHEN I DISCONNECT THE CHARGER I WONT BE ABLE TO USE MY LAPTOP. THE I TAKEN MY LAPTOP TO THE SHOP FROM WHERE I BOUGHT IT AND THE TECHNICIAN OVER THERE CHECKED MY LAPTOP AND TOLD ME THAT SIR YOU HAVE AN HARDWARE ISSUE REGARDING YOUR BATTER YOUR BATTERY IS NOT WORKING AND YOU HAVE TO CONTACT THE SONY DIRECTLY. SO I HAVE GIVEN A CALL ON THE SONY CUSTOMER CARE REGARDING THIS PROBLEM THAT I NEED TO REPLACE MY LAPTOP. SO THEY TOLD ME TO SEND A MAIL ON SONY CARE INDIA AND ITS BEEN 2 DAYS THAT I HAVE SENDED THE MAIL BUT I DIDN,T GET ANY REPLY FROM SONY
SO I WANT YOU PEOPLE TO HELP ME OUT BECAUSE I M FACING A LOT OF PROBLEM DUE TO MY LAPTOP BECAUSE ITS A BUSINESS LAPTOP.....
