I PURCHASED SONY MOBILE MODEL F305 IN CHENNAI IN MOBILESTORE ON13/01/2009. I HAVE SENDING E-MAILS AND LETTERS AND GIVING SERVICE IN SONY AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRES FOR 3 TIMES MY PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED, IAM HELPLESS IN THIS REGARD, PLEASE KINDLY SUGGEST ME HOW TO OVERCOME THIS ISSUE BECAUSE EITHER THE SOLD PERSON (THE MOBILESTORE) OR THE SONY COMPANY IS INTERESTED IN REPAIRING MY MOBILE AS IAM SO DEJECTED AND PLANNING TO SUE THE SONY COMPANY FOR SELLING THE DEFECTIVE PIECE AND PUTING ME IN MENTAL AGONY. SONY AFTER SELLING THE PRODUCT DONT HAVE SERVICE BACKUP, I AGREE TO THE CUSTOMER ABOVE MENTIONED IS TRULY CORRECT, ALL OF THE SHOULD STOP BUYING SONY PRODUCTS WHEN THERE IS NO PROPER SERVICE IN WARRANTY TIME

I recieved a text message from Sony Mobile stating : Congrats your mobile number has won 97, 000euro in Sony mobile draw 2009 To claim your prize contact ?????? with the telephone number. Which i have done so, which she has then told me to e-mail her, which i have...with NO respose so far. I dont know what to make of this message, and i am left extremly frustrated. Could you please get bak 2 me a.s.a.p
