Sony Xperia J — Very bad Phone, Please reimburse | |
Bought Sony Xperia J in January, Soon it started giving problems Phone Hangs, icons dont respond, one has to switch off and then on to even unlock the phone. The type screen does not respond well, peripheral texts dont even register. Took it to the repair shopp, they say Touchscreen is not ok, will replace it. Now they say that the motherboard needs to be replaced. While I was there there wer 6-7 Sony Xperia J owners who had come there with the same problem. Never buy sony mobile Otherwise you will weep again & again.All sony mobiles are of cheapest quality.

This phone have much more problems & sony dont take action on this matter. I think you should go in consumer court.If you need document for case in consumer court, You can call me.
