Sosasta.com — No customer service, no items delivered

I had purchased a pair of Reebok Shoes from sosasta.com on 10th May. sosasta.com seems to be really poorly organized. They asked me for my shipping address three times and have still not shipped my order. What is worse is that there is nothing like a customer care - I have written five mails but haven't received any proper response from them.

I strongly advise people against buying from sosasta.com .

Totally agree with you, they are fraud and its a big scam. Attractive advertisement by www.sosasta.com to dupe customers.

Sosasta.com — Sosasta.com is a scam

I had bought this MTV Gladiator glares from sosasta.com on 16-May-2011. I received no confirmation from their side. After contacting their executive, they said it would be delivered in 15 days. It is been 1 months now and still their executives are aplogizing but have no appropriate response. When I asked them to return my money, they said the product was delivered and hence money cannot be refunded. When I asked about the dispatch details, they started saying that I dont have to worry about it as it has already been dispatched etc etc but never gave the details!!

Sosasta.com — Non-receipt of Voucher

- I had bought a voucher for pest-control from sosasta.com on 24th April.
- I received an email confirmation immediately stating that the voucher would arrive soon.
IF I do not receive the voucher before 25th May, to contact them, and not before that.
- I was charged the amount on my CC on 24th April itself.
- I waited till the end of May, and sent them a complaint on non-receipt of the voucher.
- I got a response back from their customer service that my voucher has expired on 25th May, and any complaints should have been sent before 25th May.
- This is ridiculous, as the ONLY email I received from sosasta.com specifically asked me not to contact them before 25th May for any issue with not receiving the voucher.

This is completely fradulent behavior from sosasta.com, and I would highly encourage people to think twice before using their service.

SoSasta — non refund of money

Hi,

I had purchased a discount voucher at sosasta which was to be redeemed at Mother Earth outlet in April 2011. As per the voucher the same could be redeemed upto July 24th. The outlet refused to accept the voucher. Called up Sosasta atleast 3 times and also sent mail twice but unfortunately they have still not returned my money only assurances in the last 3 weeks and no call back or response to mail.

I had purchased a deal from Sosasta on 14th may, I received the voucher only after the deal got expired. When I informed them about the same, I was told that the money would be refunded back. Its been 2 months and I have written several mails but to no avail. I would urge everyone to spread the word so that cheats like Sosasta do not sustain in the market.

This is the one Hopeless site I have seen - More than 21 working days and no sight of product delivery

Sosasta.com — fraudulent deals & Non refund of money

I had purchased a voucher from Sosasta.com online of Rs.1599 for the package service in BellaTressa. The package deals included INOA L'Oreal hair colouring(global/highlights)+Free Hair cut+Free Nail Art/Hand and Foot Massage. Accordingly I fixed up a time on 9th Jul and when I went to the Merchant on 9th Jul the employees over there refused to do the hair cut which I wanted. They even refused to give me massage for both Hand & foot instead they said they will give only one massage. I spoke the owner but she also refused to give the same. Being extremely insulted I walked out from the parlour without availing any of the service and wrote a mail to Sosasta explaining everything. I got aresponse from one of the executive called Mr. Sanosh Kumar V. on 12th Jul that they have spoken to the merchant and merchant agreed to give the full service. He also asked me to make and appointment with BellaTressa again and avail the service. Though I was not interested to visit there as I was insulted the other day I still called them up after repeated request from Sosasta. The employee over there outright refused to give me service stating that I had walked out from there the other day and their product had gone wastage. After that I tried to call up Mr. Santosh several times but never got through. I had also written many mails to them but they did not responed at all till date and the matter is unresolved. They are niether interested to refund my money nor interested to resolve the issue. Since this is a online shopping site and they take money in advance there is no way I could retrieve my money unless they refund it.

Sosasta.com — Fraudulent behavior

I have orderd a phone with them (order id - Sos_8292420) on 20.07.2011 , which they promised to deliver by cash on delivery .. But they changed the order and informed me by email that I was to collect it from their office ...10 days have passed,i havent received any call from them ..They fixed a time with me 7times in the last 10days and failed on all occasions .. Please help me ...

Sosasta has refunded my money. ANd their senior level Officer is very helpful.

Sosasta.com — Non delivery of goods

This complaint relates to SoSasta.com from where i had purchased goods via order number SoS_8724509. Even after my repeated requests for delivery , the customer care kept on promising me via mails that my goods will be delivered within 14 days and its been more than that and nothing has been deli vered yet.

The customer care does not pick up the call and is not willing to return my goods also. Since they have defaulted on the goods delivery, i would want to get my entire sum back.

Also would not recommened anyone from buying from them as they are one of the most pathetic e commerce site i have come across. Taggle, snapdeal and deals and you are much better in performance. Have been a regular user of ecommerce sites but have never come across such cheating websites.

Trapping Customers, Pathetic Customer Service

I've had a harrowing experience with Sosasta.com. I bought 3 items from the website on 24th Aug (late night) and by mistake between me and my friend we ended up double ordering it. This is where our ORDEAL started with Sosasta.com
- I called the very next morning and spoke to Sumant to cancel the order. He wanted order number of all the purchases we had done (ie double ordering) and with that he would have a valid reason to cancel the order. I took my friend online and provided him all the order numbers. Sumant confirmed that he is cancelling the order
- 10 days later me and my friend receive all the shipments (including the ones we had cancelled)
- In the last 3 days, i would have called Sosasta 8 times and have not got a definite answer and the only answer i get is that we are checking with backend

Finally Sumant said it cannot be cancelled!!! After 10 days!!! After multiple calls!!!! Are we running an organization to loot people and trap who ever has by mistake ordered? Is the a successful recipe of being successful venture in the long run ??

Getting fed up, I asked his manager and then Mr. Thomas came on like and WOW he was a step ahead of Sumant. He gave me reasons like it got shipped immediately before u called. It’s automated etc. Can a shipment be sent by a premier courier company and reach in 10 days!!!?? It cannot hence the face is that I had placed the request way before it even reached the merchant for shipment. If even it reached the merchants there are processes to cancel the order. Thomas was a complete disappointment on the call with no intent to help me !! I asked for the Manager name, he was reluctant to give his details out. He did not give me India head, promoter’s names and basically got me to a point that the products have reached my house hence I should live which it and make peace with it.
Why such a pathetic customer service and processes by SOSASTA. What is the company trying to achieve with such tactics ?

Sosasta.com — Sosasta.Com no refund after a incomplete transaction

I have tried to purchase a deal from sosasta.com. while doing the transaction from bank my amount got deducted but I havent got any order confirmation. After 2 days SoSasta had sent me voucher against to my incomplete transaction.
As per I understand about online purchase transaction should be complete or amount should be refunded. Amount should be "refunded" if transaction is not complete.
They have not refunded and after calling them and sending them 4-5 mails they are even not responding to my mail.
Clearly in mail I mentioned that I need refund for incomplete transaction and they are telling that it can't be Cancelled. In this case there is no point of cancellation, its simply matter of refund of incomplete transaction.
