i had boarded train no: 17213 at vijayawada on 22.01.2013 travelling to nagersol in 2nd AC class along with my family under PNR NO:[protected].After the the train started we found number of mice running over here and there on seeing the sticker in the compartment stating that in case of rodents and mice distrurbance call CWC MACHILIPATNAM with phone number 252291.I made a call from my phone a person received my call and said he can do nothing and on my pressing on the matter he says i can file complaint to any one whom i feel good.Sir may i request you take action on such agency who I think just charges money from you without performing the action of fumigating the bogie.Also I found many cockroaches.I had taken photographs of the same.Hope you will take necesary action on such an incompetent agency.My name is T.S.MADAN KISHORE and mobile number is [protected].my mail id [protected]@gmail.com.
