[Resolved]  Sowparnika Projects — Water leakage in Kitchen

Avoid Sowparnika Builders they are not at all worried about their customers after you book the flat. Nightmare for customers.. I have booked a flat with them now I regretting... It is wise to stay away from them... Also known for their poor construction quality..

I also agree with roopkumar. sowparnika builder is not one on which you can trust. I am regretting on my decision to buy flat in sowparnika projects.

dear buyers,
we are the residents of one of the apartment built by sowparnika projects. sowparnika
projects builder has cheated us for
1. as per sale agreement he promised us bwssb which is stands for cavery wate but he denies that and says that
this was meant for borewells only and buyer has to pay by itslef for cavery water.
2. builder has hypotheticated our originals to avail loan from KFSC, so we struggled almost
7 years to get the originals after putting pressure on him by approaching media etc.
3. After buying flat when we went for Khata A, then he clearly denied for that saying that building is not as per the plan
so OC and NOC can not be given due to this we are not able to apply for khata A. Upon pressre he says that we paid for the
flat to stay and he has provided that and he wont any thing for us.
4. Builder has built unauthorised pent houses for which we are facing the issue of penalty/demolition etc..
5. He did not provided basic amenities like fire, swimming pool, STP for this we had to struggle a lot and
hardly he paid small portion of that and remaining was spent from our pocket.

Did you cancelled the booking?

I have been dealing with Sowparnika Projects for the last few years, I have bought 2 flats and planning for the third. They are the only builder at present times who have changed more focussed towards customers. The pricing which they give is the most affordable and reliable. Few comments which I have seem is misleading. Do not unnecessarily write which is not true. Go to other builders and you will see the difference.

I have booked a flat in Sowparnika Highlands. After reading your comments I'm a little bit worried.. Does anyone has any info about this project..? Pls advise..

Sowparnika Projects is worst, dont belive in this builder, they fool customer and they dont care.
Quality of Construction and other itmes are zero. please be carefull buying from this builder.
if you really like to see their quality dont see old, just see latest completed Sowparnika Chandrakantha Phase1, dont see Phase 2.

Yeah...This project is really very bad in communicating with customers. They will not value the customers at all. We have booked flat and really we are worrying. Don't book the flats with this builder.

Hi ... i booked flat from Sowparnika Seychelles.. Now with above comments iam little bit worried & paid 32% from the total value .can i resale this flat ..please let me know the procedure .
