We wish to draw your kind attention towards electricity charges being charged by your company on our above mentioned meter no.[protected]. Our consumer no is[protected]. We had complained about the same earlier also but no solution has been provided to us till date.
Our bill for the period of 23/4/2012 to 23/5/2012 has been Rs.26020.00, which is exhorbitant compare to our usage. Hence, we hereby call upon you by this letter to take immediate steps for providing a solution to us, otherwise we will be forced to take up the matter with higher authorities.
