Dear Sir
1. Booked the Spark LS on[protected] with a promise to deliver the vehicle ( for Rs. 373710/- and spares) as was done earlier year as GM celebrations. Booked the vehicle with Rs. 20000/- vide cheque no. 754423 of SBH, Muralingar after the promise before going on long tour which was told to them.
2. Remaining balance of estimated price Rs. 63168/- vide cheque no. 352541 and 320000 paid by SBH, Muralinagar, Visakhapatnam. Total amount totaling to Rs. 403168/- estimate submitted by show room with a promise to return the balance amount Rs. 29458/- as a cash discount. For my own sake I raised about the spares to be purchased but I was told I need not have to purchase any spares.
3. On[protected] when I went for delivery of the car once again I was promised cash discount and spares.
4. On[protected] I was offered a cheque of Rs. 23315/- which was refused by me. I was given mud flaps and foot mats only as spares. Unfortunately I was forced to purchase seat covers from the orange service centre for Rs. 3290/- vide bill no. R000197/-
5. On[protected] in presence of Mr.Chalapati, Manager of ORANGE at Pedda Waltair, Mr. Kumar Raja and Ms.Valli there is a common understanding to compensate with the spares from work shop. When I went, to my surprise once again story repeated. Even I was ready to pay the cost on that day without knowing costing was less.
6. i) presently there is a lot of choice to go for a car, why? One should book a car when the rate does not stand at the time of delivery? ii) The offer was for Rs. 373710/-. The estimate given was 403168/-, now what is charges is different. Promised spares are not given.
7. Till today even though I paid on road price vehicle is not registered under my name. So I request you charge the rate of today i.e. 12/07/2008.
I find that the Manager, of the Orange show room (Muralinagar) is not honouring his commitment to the customer. I request you to look into the matter urgently.

Please refer to my letter dated[protected] and subsequent dated[protected] related to Spark LS. On 24th July, 2007 Shri Kumar Raja came and convinced me to accept Rs. 4458 out of Rs. 6143/- due to me being arranged at the earliest and informed. In my presence, he telephoned to the broker for arranging registration. Once again everybody is silent. Later on, when I telephoned to you (Shri Varma CEO) you called me on phone in presence of Shri Kumar Raja and Ms. Valli and the under signed explained what happened and the deviation. But once again you bent on what you heard from Ms. Valli is right with out arranging the balance amount and spares due to me. At the same time the vehicle is not yet registered till today as if you are not responsible for anything after collecting the money for registration. The broker collected form 20 for registration after my signature and Bank signature in July, 2008 itself. Mean while when we approached your head quarters, Mr. Sangieev talked to me and you in conference and told you to settle the matter at your level at the earliest and reply to my letter. But to my surprise you are silent till today.

Price shown to insurance (Royal Sundaram) is Rs. 338679 and paid 10145 as premium.
A Total paid =Rs. 403168/- promised price 3, 73, 710 = Rs. 29458/- to be returned but 23315 /- only returned. Amount due to me is 6, 143/- + spares. 5th July, 2008 onwards instead of spares you offered additional cash discounts of 26728/-.
I find that the total confusion has been created by Ms. KKValli, Team leader at Muralinagar show room. Manager, of the Orange show room (Muralinagar) is well aware of the facts but he is also silent and not honoring his commitment to the customer. I request you to look into the matter urgently. As a CEO, you are trying to protect the What Ms. KK Valli does instead of protecting interest of ORANGE AUTO . PVT. LTD. and the customer.
When I booked the vehicle, I told Ms.Valli that I own a scooter which is 15 years old then she told there will not any rise of tax. Then I renewed the registration of old scooter I July, 2008. This particular incidence is very well known to Orange broker as well as Ms. Valli.
I request you to look into i) price offered ii) price charged iii) price shown to Insurance iv) when the vehicle sold for lesser price why the pricing is shown more for road tax purpose. Please into the total affair and do the just immediately and arrange immediate registration of the vehicle in my name with out fail.
