I Have purchase a new car from desai auto mobiles vapi dealer , car purchased 25 th march 2012 but technical
problem in car i had servicing car , but last april month car has accident and informed to dealer he was telling minimun 10-15 days in process after that we can give car but after 1.5 month i have receive car , after 7 days again belt broken while running the car automatic so i requested pl. help regarding this , i am not satisfied car service abd nobody care for customer i am calling to dealer but no proper reply and every time expenses demand by dealer so pl. suggest for the same and what to do , running car problem facing that total responsibilty of the company , why i pay every time payment and no avarge got as per company commitment ,

Spark LS — dealers attitude
I purchased a spark L.S from crossroad auto at kanpur.I was called to take the delivery of the vehicle at 11 AM but i could not get it till 5 PM. At the time of delivery the horn was not working properly. For that reason the vehicle was once again sent to workshop and it took another 2 hours to get resolved .The vehicle was handed to me without rubber matting, etc i.e. nude.I requested atleast for rubber matting but the dealer refused.I am totally unsatisfied with the security system supplied by crossroad auto on your behalf. The security system is totally worthless because the vehicle get start while the remote is on the lock mode.I was previously having a maruti Alto car fitted with security system .That car could not be started while it was on lock mode.
