[Resolved]  Sparsh Bpo Services — Not getting PF, already one year has passed

Dear Sir,

My name is Prince, and my concern is PF. I used to work in Sparsh in BSNL Outbound department. I have worked there for 11 months. My date of joining was 31-Aug-06. Problem, which im facing is, still i didn't get the PF. For PF i have followed whole the procedure like fill up the form and i have already submitted in the Sparsh. My date of Submition of form was 10 Dec-07. After this im regularly calling in Sparsh for asking the status of PF. at last Vinod told me to call Vandana in Mumbai for ur PF. And Vandana told me that you will get that in 6 months. And it's around more than 1 year has past. still i don't know the status of my PF. when ever i called to Vinod, he told me only thing that you have to contact with Vandana, she is the concern person. And day before yesterday she told me that you will get that in 2 days. Today i was calling her (12:25 PM), she disconneced my call after asking all the information (PF no. and father name etc)

So sir i would like to request you to kindly do something that i can get my PF as early as possible.

Sparsh Bpo Services — pf amount not received

dear sir,

i have filled up pf withdrawal form twice first in the month of feb '08 and second in the month of may'08 but still i have not received my pf amount. my pf account number is MH/94723/22135.

Sparsh Bpo services — Not getting PF, more than 1 year has past

Dear Sir,

My issue is PF, i used to work in Sparsh BPO Services arount 11 months, My EMP code was 31339 and date of Joining was 31-Aug-06, after i left i have done all the paper work. and i got the reply that i will get the PF in 3-6 months.
After this i was calling again and again in Sparsh, there is one person Vinod. he is in account department, he told me that they have already forwarded my form to PF office in Gurgaon, and can't do anything.
He has given me a no. of Vandana in Mumbai (From PF office), i call her regularly, she told me that i will get that in 1 month. And one day she told me that she didn't get my PF form, so i sent once again. and not more than 1 year has passed, still she didn't give me the proper answer.
On 4-Dec-08, i called her. She was asking my all the details, and at last she disconned the call. I was very angry, i have spent more than 1000 rupees on phone calls, but still i didn't get my PF.

So kindly help me out...

Sparsh Bpo services — Claim not yet processed

Hello,
I am rajesh d kamath and do wish to complain against the pf dept for not being able to remitt my money even after an year from the date of filing the applicatoin for the amount remittance. I have filed the paper at Sparsh BPO on April 20th. My employee code was 850947. The claim number is MAH/023947. The paper got placed on December 2nd, but the amount has not got through yet. Milind, the agent responsible for these claims has been giving false assurances about the month of remittance. Here at hubli, if i give an call to the local office and ask about the person to whom i can write as an final notice before asking help of the consumer forum, they just turn down the call. Please help me with the email address of such an authourised person.
