[Resolved] Spatial Networks Inc USA — Address Change Delay by AXIS Bank Narendrapur, Kolkata | |||||
Dear Concern, AXIS Bank Narendrapur Kolkata is harassing me for the last one month for Address Change in my Bank Statement from Vivek Nagar, Jadavpur to Narendrapur, Kolkata. At first, AXIS Bank asked to submit Electricity Bills which was on my name. Then when I submitted, they did not complained. Then they said that the Electricity Bill is not up to date. When I submitted the Xerox Copy the very next day of the updated Bill, they said it as OK. After 10 days, when I went there, they said that the Electricity Bill is updated as ROHAN SARKAR and not ROHAN SARKER because of illiterate data entry mistake from Electricity Board. Then they asked for Ration Card and PAN Card XEROX. After submitting them and then contacting them today, they replied that the address in Ration Card is given as 169 NSC Bose Road and do not had Block No, Flat No, Apartment Name and hence invalid. Axis Bank — Delay in Changing the Address
I Mr. Shrikant.N.Pawar, My Account no is [protected]. Base Branch: Dadar.On 4/7/2011 i had lodged a return complaint to Mr.Badrisar But all was in Vain No result uptil now!!! I will Personally met Mr Badrisar for the second Time and
I called Jaya mam and Dakshata mam they said that the account address will be changed within 8-10 days u don't come to the Branch .I[censored] hae any trouble please go to your Nearest Branch so I went to the Mahakali Branch & met vallaki Mam & i filled the Request form there but There too was no Response!!!!!!
Now on 24/9/2011, I met Vallaki mam for the "third" time & filed the request form again & also spoke to Branch Manager about this matter There too was no Response!!!!!!
Today I called on Axis Bank's Helpline no.[protected] the call was answered by Miss Shilpa Pal I said Her About This matter this she again said me to fil up the Form so This is my last request Please take this Seriously and Help Me & Understand my Problem's Because I'm in Police Force each and everytime i can't remove time for doing this foolishness and giving a letter anytime i come.
