[Resolved]  Spatial Networks Inc USA — Complaint against IEEE Review Policy for Jobs and Paper Submission

I had specific complaint against IEEE since IEEE is rejecting me since I was an Engineering student in Institute of Engineering & Management Kolkata from 1999. IEEE was openly blogging against me and rejecting my job proposals from 2003 till 2014. There were many organizations where I had worked where IEEE used to reject me and they were Reliance Communications, Wipro Technologies, Acclaris Inc, CSC, Huawei Technologies, Spatial Networks, Alcatel-Lucent, IBM, etc. IEEE follows a partial policy where it had it's own network of people whom it supports and improves in promoting their work and research. From 1999, IEEE had rejected my Research work for no reason. IEC or WASET is not as rejecting as IEEE is. IEEE works with USA & China Universities, NASSCOM & TRAI in rejecting me for no reason. IEEE is also cruel in her actions in rejecting my Research works in Software & Telecom from 2012. IEEE rejects Technical Papers without even judging it for it's integrity and value in research and technology. Please stop IEEE from playing the evil role of the witch and help me in leading a life of successful technology person. Thank you and waiting for your response.
