Speakasia — complaint

Sir,
My weekly surveys are not sent me from many weeks to ask and get no answer and even more in the server has a problem from few days.I am a devoted member of speakasia,but then also i recieve such a poor feedback. what example do i put to others.

PLEASE TAKE ACTION REGARDING THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
