Stop fooling people in the name of survey. I'm not convinced with the above blog as it is vague & doesn't clear anything. the comments which your friends have written looks fishy. Just answer the following Q. Why co. has base in Singapur & doing survey here? Q. Why co. is taking money in multiple from the same person? Q. To give so called A/c co. expenses may not be more than Rs.100 -Rs.200, so why Rs.10000? Q. Which co. is giving you contracts, at least name one co. or a govt body so that under RTI we can collect the information. Q. If co. is a listed one send me annual report so that I can check P/L a/c. Request: Friend If you are a real MLM leader then please don't cheat people for your benefit, my Indian brothers & sisters are already facing lots of problems from ration to roads. Referral: -- You can earn more by referring this part time work to your friends relatives so that they also get benefited and you will get paid for getting them enrolled with the company, thus increasing company's customer base. For each panel referred by you, you get 10% Rs. 1000.00 ($20) this income is paid on daily basis. It appears that you do not believe in such system. I respect your "right to express" and a "right to pass fair comment" against the company, provided you have probative and cogent material available. A person adversely commenting should first get the idea about the business model. Making bald and arbitrary statements may sometime land the critic for proceedings in defamation. One has to be very rational.
As, I have understood and experienced, It is a Company that provides the panel and gets the surveys done through the subscribers. And in return, the subscribers are paid for their "opinions". The subscriber may refer the other prospective subscriber, which is popularly known as "referral", but making of referral, as I understand is not "obligatory" on the part of any speakasian. Hence, It cannot be said that it is strictly a "multi Level Marketing" company.
The subscriber does earn the "permanent survey income" from weekly survey, even if, the subscriber does not add any referral. There is a distinction. In Multi Level Marketing concept, the member would get the return only if, the referral is added. Here, the subscriber gets the consistent income through out the year and their subscription is received within few months. So when the subscriber gets his money back after conducting surveys and gains some additional remuneration out of such activity, no ingredient of "fraud or cheating" could be found.

If SpeakAsia is genuine, its website content should be encripted. Currently, the website usues unsecure "http" protocol for data transfer.
If SPEAKASIA really thinks it is genuine, then it should use "https". This will prevent the members from hackers and data theives.

i am in no position to make any decision, but this seems hard to believe that just after calling this thing scam ... star news themself started similar thing .. hmmmm.. that is strange .. not sure of it though...but so surely star news had planed to open Star panel before claiming speakasia to be fraud, but never mind, ,
