Spectranet Broadband Internet — Non connectivity of internet | |||
Sir, I am a user of Internet services provided by Spectranet and my user Id is ramesh _19. I am facing problems for the past 2 weeks of their internet services. Most of the time the server is down and there is no lan connectivity which harms my work.I repeatedly made complaints to their vendor which is Verma Cable Vision in Meharchand Market,lodi colony but no action has been taken by them. I also tried their customer care number which is busy all the time. It is a prepaid connection with 5GB package. You also revised their tariff plan for this package from Rs 450 to Rs 500.I paid Rs 500 to the provider but since then it is not working. Kindly, take immediate action and it is my humble request to you to kindly compensate for 2 weeks Payment for which I could not use their internet services. plz improve the quality o[censored]r service provider every second day they have a problem ... when u download something downloading speed doesn't even cross 2 k bps it is soooo frustrating and when u complain they say its the computers fault...sir plz try improving the quality of services ...
