Dear Sir, I Himanshu Sharma ,Resident of G-15, Mukh Ram Garden,Tilak Nagar, New Delhi-110018, Sir I got a call from Speed Dial Customer Care Executive, she called me 3-4 times for the membership for cal helpline, which I took on 13/01/2010 valid till 13/01/2013, I strictly told that I am buying new car she told me that it will automatically transfer from my old car (DL 4CM 5373 SANTRO) to new car ( DL4CS 5094 GETZ )Membership fees was 550 Rs. I made a call to company number [protected] this guy told me that they do transfer only on friday but the membership would be six month old only, I have written an application to the company people for the transfer of membership but i have not received any response from these people.Today 11/03/2011, I have made atleast 12-13 calls to 43144314 & [protected] now no body is picking my phone, Sir it is my humble request to you that , I want my money back and I dont want to continue with this fraud company.Hoping for an earliest reply. I fully agree. Last year I took their membership for my car but since I was not having any problem with my car, I could not utilize their services. But after renewal this year in March 2010, I had a trouble with my car in month of July 2010 itself and when I tried to contact their numbers, to my surprise, all their helpline numbers were call forwarding and finally the response on the other end was that the mobile number which you are trying to reach is switched off. Very very bad company and a cheating company. Now after coming to my office next day, I checked up their website and could find one mobile number (emergency number) [protected] and when I contacted this number, I was told that their company is closed now and our membership has been transferred to another number[protected]. When contacted on this number, I was told that there is no such agreement with Speed Dial for their services. BEWARE OF THE SPEED DIAL CHEATING COMPANY. I AM GOING TO LODGE A FIR TODAY AGAINST THE COMPANY FOR CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS.

Even it has been more worst with me - I was trying the helpline number[protected] one night when I required it and I found that the number is invalid.
Somehow I managed that day.
But after some time when I realized that my membership is about to expire I again tried to contact them on the same helpline number with other numbers found on the net as well[protected], 4314 4310, 4314 4311,[protected]And a few numbers with the name Parvez - +[protected] / +(91)-[protected], [protected], [protected] / 4e/15, , Ashoka Centre, 6th Floor, Jhandewalan Extn., Jhandewalan, Delhi - 110055)
I've seen many complaints about this company on other sites as well.
This company should be closed by immediate effect before it can fool others.

Speed Dial — fraud company
I am the member of speed dial car helpline card from last 1.5 year... few days back around 3 pm I called them for a help they simpler reply me that my card was expired and can't help me, can you imagine how they are making fool to the people. I paid them so I have all the detail and proof of my membership validity, I would like to sue this guys... BUT dear readers don't buy any membership from them they are cheater i have proper receipt of my membership renewal.
