Hi,

Myself Manojavam Shedbalkar

Today Morning I was in Vallabhnagar to visit my sister, she wanted to go to Nigadi or some work so I dropped her on the Bus Stop and while waiting for bus My Two Wheeler vehicle was resting near Bus Stop; suddenly a blue tempo appears there and Traffic Police demanded me fine of Rs.150/- also he took my vehicle document in his possession.

he just did wanted to listen anything and forced me to pay Money.

This is Bad. that road is not Crowded and having very less traffic. also there were some two wheelers parked next to Bus Stop unattended they did not do anything for them and go away.

I am very much dissatisfied with the way they were Behaving...

Below are the details of fine receipts,

Receipt no. 1340 for Rs 50/- (Tempo No MH-42 B 4458)
Another Receipt for Rs 100/- having no number.

Raju has sent a Legal Notice through Speed Post, which is booked at Head Post office, Secunderabad vide receipt No.EN[protected]IN, which is addressed to Smt. D. Sandhya Rani, H.No.B2/24, HUDA Colony, Chandanagar, Hyderabad - 500 050. In this regard, I have browsed for the information in Internet also, but there is no information with regard to delivery of the said Legal Notice. Hence, I request you to look into the matter as to whether the cover is delivered to the addressee or not, if no, what is the reason and if yes, why the acknowledgement has not reached my advocate's address. Please remember that the matter is urgent. Further Legal action has to be initiated.

I had sent a job application to New Delhi through speed post on 17 Feb 09 from SPCC, Visakhapatnam vide EN[protected]IN. The last date of receipt of the application was 26 Feb 09.

I used the facility available in the link “http://www.indiapost.gov.in” and contacted concern people listed in the website. The action taken by me and them is as follows:

The details of the entire process are placed as attachment and can even be verified from the concern.

This has been a very bad and unfortunate experience for me. This may cause me loosing a good job opportunity for securing my and my families future. It is requested that all the person responsible for not carrying out their duties for which they are paid may be penalized. They may also be fined to realize their mistake. The amount spent by me towards this and equivalent to the pain and stress I have gone through may be refunded to me and the balance amount may be used for any other productive cause. And I may be intimated about the present status of the letter as I cannot contact the addressee, as it is a job application.

Sir,

I am resident of V.P.Road, Nanubhai Desai Road, staying at Dr.Wilson Street bring to your attention that Heavy vehicles, Buses are being parked at Dr. Wilson Street Opp. Building No.2 Near BMC Dustbin . Please note that as the same is no parking zone & inspite of the same the vehicles are parked there for a long time or for whole day. We all residence are facing traffic nuisance & none of your officers or commander (Traffic Hawaldar) is paying the attention to the problems faced by us. Also note the road where the buses & heavy vehicles are parked is around 25 to 30 ft so even the pedestrian are finding the difficulty in walking on the road. This is not acceptable at all as other vehicles passing by always cause the danger for pedestrian being hit & since the school is also around the same area many children's life are also in danger while walking on the road.

Also, note in the same area when any private vehicles are parked, the same are being towed by the towing team of area & no action being taken on the buses & other heavy vehicles which are parked there.

I think that there are vested interest lying of all the concerned as no action being taken anytime for the heavy vehicles & buses parked in that area.

I hope concerned authority will seriously look into the problem & will immediately try to resolve the problem. Immediate & proper action is highly solicited in this regard.

Dear Sir,

I sent me a letter through speed post from "DADAR {MUMBAI}" to ALLAHABAD{U.P.} on 5th FEBRUARY. But the letter is not reached till now. So, what is the benefit of speed post. A speed post must reach within 2-3 days, but It is not received till now. Please see to it or I have to put the matter to the higher authorities.

We booked an urgent letter with enclosures, by SpeedPost from Bangalore on 03 Feb 2009

It is over a WEEK now that the letter is NOT delivered to the addressee so far.
On-line tracking is JUST USELESS as the Deptt does not update movement.
Telephone calls to the concerned elicits the reply"we will tell you tomorrow".
There is NO ONE accountable to the customers queries.
Please publish this, so that other customers should take note and learn from our
troubles. If you can help us, getting the delivery information to the addressee, it is so kind of you.

Dear Sir,

This is my third mail asking for the status of my consignment which is due delivery for quite some time. I am not getting any response of this mail. Is it the way our system is set? If this mail is not to be responded then why this facility has been created. I am very surprised. It’s not even civilized behaviour outside our country not to reply to your customer even more so when he is facing some problem in the service offered to him.

Again internet tracking facility has been created which is not showing any change in the status since January 16th. I am not sure why. Please clarify and confirm.

I tried getting this letter received at the Malviya Nagar post office and the concerning officer didn’t receive the letter saying that he will receive this letter only if the speed post receipt is attached to the letter. Unfortunately I was not carrying the receipt at that time and I will not be able to go to the post office again till February 18th. But if I am able to give my receipt number then the letter should have been received in my opinion. Please clarify and confirm if there is a regulation not to receive letter if it is not accompanied with the receipt.

Please let me know the status of my consignment. Do let me know if it’s not within my rights to ask for this status.

In Mumbai last fare hike for rickshaw and taxi was in 2004 and that time vehicles were running on petrol, now each and every rickshaw and taxi runs on CNG in mumbai but we are still paying the fare which was set for petrol vehicle. why is no one talking about this issue, i want to take forward this issue and resolve it. For e.g. The rickshaw's run on petrol in Navi Mumbai and there the minimum fare is Rs.13, which i guess will be now Rs.11 as the petrol has come down. In my view the rickshaw fare should be Rs.7 and taxi should be Rs.10, if they are running on CNG. I would like more and more people to understand this problem.

Dear sir, I posted my application for AIEEE on 12/12/2008 from Pune (Deccan Gymkhana Post office) number SP EM[protected]IN. On checking the status of application on cbse web, I found that the application has not yet reached even till 05/02/2009 where as the last date was 10/01/2009. On confirmation through speedpost web site I found the status is not delivered as yet and the last status of speed post is bagged at KRISHNA nagar Delhi post office. Please confirm whether this speed post is delivered to the addressee or not. If yes, when it is delivered, so that I can further check with the concerned office.

RAJENDRANAGAR AREA IS GOING UNDER SOME CONSTRUCTION WORK SO ALL THE BEST BUS TRANSPORT HAS DIVERTED TO DATTAPADA ROAD. THESE RICKSHAWS COVERS UP MORE SPACES ALONG THE ROAD. BUSES FOR THERE TURNING GETS LESSER SPACE AND BECAUSE OF THIS AN ACCIDENT CAN OCCUR. THERE IS TEA STALL NEAR THE MUNCIPALSCHOOL ROAD ALL AUTO DRIVERS GATHER THEIR TO HAVE TEA AND FOR A LONG CHIT CHAT. ACTUALLY THEY HAVE THEIR GROUP SO AT SPECIFIC TIME THEY ALL GATHER EVERYDAY.

When i contacted the Delhi speed post office customer service, they asked me to contact the Cochin speed office as it is not delivered to Delhi. When i contacted the Cochin, they said "Your article has been booked at this office on 25-11-08 and consigned to SPC Delhi on the same day." But I haven't received my material yet.That Includes my certificates and i need it desperately for my job.

i am resident of navi mumbai. here minimum auto rickshaw fare increase after petrol prices rises but after reduction in petrol prices since last 2 months there is no reduction in min auto fare.

My speed post No. EE[protected]N still not reached its destination. It was booked from Jamshedpur Telco Post Office for Ajmer on 15-Jan-09.
