SPICE MOBILE D88 — NOT RETURN MY ORGINAL SET

Dear Sir,
I purchase Spice D88 mobile from mobile store .after one week it was dead. after that
I facing problem from last 1 year or more. , I personally contact SPICE service center approx 15 times in a year but they also helpless to give any proper response .always they gave me second used temporally standby set. I tried to use that, but those all set had dead after two to three days ,what’s company policy I shows on company web site .but As company service policy I am under terms & condition.

if I purchased new set & it had problem within few days , it means company should change with new one or fresh set ,but company service center had given me old damaged piece for time being .But after three times .set could not be repaired. but they should return my original set in working condition (Same IMEI no ) or fresh one .

Second time IMEI no was : [protected] (old & dusty condition)

Third time : [protected] (old & dusty condition)

Now after completion of one year nobody knows ,where is my original set .company local service center is saying ,your original set was stolen from our office(Spice service center) or company Bhopal office that’s why I giving you another old one for temporally use. But after four month I again contact company service center but they gave me same reply ,still company service center has not provide any ok or fresh set. even I had tried to contact to (ASM) Mr Santosh & company local service center .
I really fed up on company support center as well as false commitment of company person .they all making me fool from long time.
Finally My adviser said to contact you on mail

Spice 940 — Handset Problem, No Proper Service

I had purchased SPice 940 handset on 30.08.2009 , since then its caller list problem is their. and it occured four to five times. I reacheed the service centre , it is solved temporarily but the same problem is comming again and again. So you are requested to replace this handset or give me cashback of the handset.

Select Restore Factory and 1122 is default password for spice mobile.

i dont set mobile in gsm mode in spice d-88

spice M6 sports — not working and not responding in service center.

my spice M-6 sports spice mode l is not working since 3 months,i went to service center they told that we send it to the company and format the soft ware, it took for one month after then also its not working properly.In the service center they are not responding properly,wexed of this moblile.please help me..
