[Resolved]  Spice Mobile M-5252 — change of phone by spice care

Dear Sir/Mam

i have bought a spice phone but after some time it is suffer from charging problem . i went to spice care in rohtak after check my phone they send my phone to delhi in company and after 15 days when i recive my phone from the spice care they chang e my phone accprding to the bill no . when i asking about this one they did not give me satisfied answer and telling me its company prossisure after servive this no also change . But i know that its not my phone just tell me what can i do i have two options first one is fir in police and the secound one is going to consumer court agaist you just tell me what can i do

Spice is a very good company but they provide us very poor customer service . And also spice care centre in rohtak (haryana) do the same thing and its not good forcomapny and the custmer . they are loosing company name by giving bad service .

battery swelled from one side.not giving backup.
full charged within 3-4 minutes and discharge also within 3-4 minutes

MY M-5252 MOBILES BATTERY IS NOT WORKING. BACKUP SHRINKED UPTO ONLY 5-10 MINUTES.
BODY OF BATTERY HAS BEEN SWELLING. AMAZINGLY NO ANY SERVICE CENTRE OR DEALER IS HAVING BATTERY OF THIS SET.
HELP ME SO THAT I CAN GET IT FROM ANY DEALER OR SERVICE CENTRE
