Repaired mobile not serviced by Spice I have purchased a Spice C 810 model on Feb 2008. The mobile phonw was working fine. Three months back the mobile was dead and I have taken that to the service center (E-Communications, Ajmera, Pune). The service center person told there was a water entry in the mobile and it cannot be repaired under warranty. But my mobile was never in contact with water recently but once it happened 8 months back at Goa but immediately I dried it and after that it was working fine for 5 months. But the actual problem is the loose battery terminal which created the problem. Then after that I told that person to repair on my cost which was estimated around Rs.750 by him. Till one week there was no phone calls from the service center and after that I called him. He told me that the mobile cannot be repaired by his and the crazy part is he does not know the reason also. Then I tried to contact Spice mobile company and I have sent three mails to them regarding my complaint but till now no response from them. I have not collected my mobile phone yet from the service center and there was not a single phone call from them asking me to collect my mobile. I request you to take action on the Spice mobile company for not providing the proper after sales service eventhough the mobile is under warranty and not providing any infromation and response for the complaint. sir i have given mobil for serives to digitronix on feb 17 no[protected] IMEI [protected] model no D88N i have gone to the sirvice center around 20 times from jayanagar to rajajinagar (12 km ) and i have not got any responce from the consern personso please kindly do the needful for the mobile

The mobile phone was working finein last 4 months
this feb month my moble facing a problom .
The mobile got hang for the last one month,
and I could access my mobile only after switch it off and on.
And now, the mobile is not giving any music from that or not any ring tones,
and I could not hear it if someone calls me which causes
me huge loss as I have lost my business in that too.

hi... this is a a very serious complaint the i need to register abt the spice mobile which has stopped working suddenly without any reason and the peice is in warranty, I want you to look into the matter at the earliest or elase i will put up a complanit at the consumer court and this will be out in the pappers as well.

nobodey satisfied with the quality, service, i think it is the cheapest

i have spice mobile model C580 ... it is a very dabba mobile... not working nicely... battery quality is also very low... speaker quality is also very very low... spice is a very low class company... it should be shut down asap

i used the above product but some defact comes and i have approch to your Service Centre M/s Sony Errection at Lalkurti Chota Bazar, Meerut vide Work Oder no. SUP[protected] dated 22.07.09 time 1.14PM. The above product is under warranty.
i am very sorry to write you that after the expiry of appox. one month your service center is not returning the mobile. he is saying that the mobile is not received back from factory after repaired.
i hope you will look in to the matter and solve the problem as earliest
