handset faulty
i had purchased a spice handset model no. C810 CDMA from M/s. gupta electronics, sec-16, rohini on 24.05.2009. The handset got some manufaacturing defects so i gave handset for repairs at Service Centre at Prashant Vihar Hot spot Outlet agt. Job Sheet no. 13. They returned it to me twice after some repairs Lastly i gave it on 24.12.2009 & told me to collect it on 18.01.2010 but till now they donot got it repaired. within eight months of purchase the hanset remains in the service centre for the period of six months. from the date of purchase the handset has been exchange thrice.please take the matter seriously & Oblidge. i had purchased a spice handset model no. D90 from M/s. Spice Retail Ltd., D-60 Manin Vikas Marg Laxmi Ngr. on 20.09.2009. The handset got some manufacturing defects so i gave handset for repairs at Service Centre at Laxmi Nagar Hot spot Outlet. First time they returned it to me after more than one month after some repairs Lastly i gave it on 29.01.2009 & told me to collect it on 05.01.2010 but till now they don’t got it repaired. within four months of purchase the hanset remains in the service centre for the period of three months. please take the matter seriously & Oblidge. Sir,

I have to state that, I have purchased a CDMA mobile set no. C-5300, IMEI no. A10000036FE19 from Namrata Gallery, Navi Peth, Ahmednagar on[protected]. The handset stopped working on[protected]. Since it was in Guarantee period, I immediately rushed to my nearest service centre M.R. Trade Centre, Maliwada, Ahmednagar and handed over my set via invoice No. 5036, dated[protected] for replacement.

They could not provide me immediately with new Mobile set, so they handed over it to your Mumbai based Service Center for replacement. They provided me with some contact no. of Mr. Prashant, Mobile No. [protected], Mr. Sachin, Mobile No. [protected] and Mr. Ravindra, Mobile No. [protected]. Whenever I talked, they said that they have dispatched my new handset, but I have not received the same till date.

Sir, I am a working class man and I use to work daily for my livelihood and to support my family. A mobile set helps me in many ways to fulfill the purpose. But after the incident my business has felled down and since many of my clients lost contact with me; I have beard a heavy loss of Rs. 2, 50, 000/-.

With this letter I would like to state that, I am claiming a reimbursement of my loss of Rs. 2, 50, 000/- with a new handset to be provided immediately with your company in the Consumer Court.
