I was using spidigo broadband internet since last one year, it was worked fine before two months. On july, 2011 I faced some slow speed and disconnect problems. I call lots of time to customer care and each time they told me that technical person will contact you but till date 2.0 month passed and no one contact me even I regularly call for my money refund and cancel the connection. I also sent the email him to do the same as per their instruction and visit the office to give application but at office they not accept my application and told me that they will not disconnect and refund money on my demand, they will review the issues and after give me the money. But till date I am not getting and answer and no any senior is talk with me. I am very frustrated on their service and want my money back. Was this information helpful? |
