Spidigo — didn't give me my refund

that chandra net. pvt limited (spidigo) can not give me my refund even though they failed to provide better services.
every time i personally visit their office they told we will check if the problems can't stop then we will give you refund. i visited twice but they don't gave me refund.
even though i have data or you can call it a profs of their bad services
this is the photoes of their device as you can see the signal gose off again and again and their net also
i downloaded my documents thrise or some times i went to cyber cafe to download because of their [censored]g speed...
plz guys if you wanna take internet connection don't go for spidigo!!!!!....................
