Dear Sir, I have your spidigo broadband connection & my user id is reena.gandhi. i have buy your connection for the month & your executive will be given me 512 kbps plan but wholeday i will access only for 237 kbps. So please solve my problems. othervise i m going to direct consumer service department & complaint for your side. I will daily call to your executive & customer service no but no body have given me a responsible reply & executive will be not picked up my phone. give me reply or call for priority basis. spidigo has no moral. what they speak and what they give they also don't know. there is no responsible person. We have to suffer for 4 moths. there is no alternative.
