[Resolved]  Sportking — MANUFACTURING DEFECT

I purchased a ladies woollen kurta Art: 191376 - F2 manufactured by Classic Wears Pvt. Ltd, Rahon Road, Ludhiana, costing Rs 1495 from your authorised dealer THE CHEAPEST SHOWROOM at Railway Road in Aligarh on 31st of October, 2012. When I saw its reverse side I found that there is manufacturing defect as the kurta is double knitted and this will spoil its whole knitting. I found that knitting defect in two small portions on the kurta itself. When I complained this to the dealer I was told that my money would not be refunded. It would spoil the image of Sportking Wear as this is a well known brand. I want my money to be refunded.
