I second your opinion on this builder. I have been a victim too. They delayed the construction by 6 months, when asked for compensation as per the agreement they threaten you. If they need to get even one paise from you, they would restore to goondaism to extract that money. I suggest that do not buy a flat from this builder. It is not worth the trauma you will go through.
I am also a customer of Sree Properties and Construction and what I got was value for money, the facilities provided were absolutely worth if not more for what we paid. But there were some minor human mistakes and common civil errors, which can be tolerated. They are present in any construction made by any company across India. Recently I purchased a flat with some other builder, comparitively Sree Properties, Mr.Satyanarayana to be specific, was so much better than the these builders either in quality, behavior or commitment. If he builds another project again nearby Marathahalli, I will definitely buy one more flat if possible and I would also suggest my friends to buy from him. - Venkat
It was a nightmare dealing with Sree properties, especially with Mr. (A)sathya Narayana. Builder gave so many promises, they could not.. The sad part is they do not even pick up the calls. For money they call every day, once they received money, your number goes to their ' Junk - do not pick' list. I always feel there are thousands of projects/builders, why did I landed with Sree properties????

I know Mr. Satya personally since I have bought an apartment in Utopia.
1. He did not commit to providing a water softener in the agreement and neither did he charge the customers for one. So he is not obliged to provide one. Even so, upon realizing the water is has high content of TDS he has graciously provided a room for installation of the water softener. The installation was left to the association, it is the duty of the residents to follow up and ensure it is timely installed.
2. Everyone reading the post should keep in mind that constant power, water etc were not provided only to those owners that hadn't paid the remaining final agreement value and other dues even after multiple reminders. Thus it implies that this whole post itself was started by a defaulter and must be taken down. Even then, unlike other builders, maintenance for the first 6 months was in fact not charged to the owners.
In fact many of the responders here sound like defaulters if they had to be constantly reminded to pay the dues. Such people do not have the right to demand for full services. These people are venting out their inability to come up with funds into hatred and ill-conceived complaints towards the builder.
3. Finally I would like to say to all residents o[censored]topia and prospective customers reading this post that Mr. Satyanarayana is building another project right next to Utopia and everyone is welcome to approach him and discuss any points of distress that they may have. He is an accountable man and will always respond fairly in his abilities. This fact is known to these cowardly posters, posting as anonymous. Like mentioned earlier this is their way to tarnish the builders' reputation for the sole reason that he demanded what is rightfully his.
While these guys were squabbling over the payment of last few lakhs, their properties have now appreciated in value by more than 2 times. Which stands as a testament of the quality provided by Mr. Satyanarayana by itself.

i am also a customer of satya..he is nice person. i asked him about the kiran and arun they are the defaulter of the payments.several times satya requested them politely even after finishing the project also they have not responded, then one his partner aksed him seriously then they started black mailing i[censored] will ask the dues we will put in to the consumer complaints. still mr.Arun and kiran didnt clear the dues he said.
regarding the water softner they didnt commit on the agrement but as per the cutomers wellfare he has provided the place and provision first off all they didnt know about the hardness of the water after occupying the flats only they found out the hardness in the water then the builder said because of low price 2400 per sq.ft he couldnot able to provide all these extra things .
without collecting the mainatainance charges they have almost maintained 8 months even they didnt claer the dues
