I have bought an apartment here and just moved in yesterday. The apartment quality and amenities are pretty good. This review is entirely about the worst quality of the builder. The handover was due in January initially. Did not happen. Even after four months grace period, work was not complete. Finally the sale deed registration was completed in June, and builder suddenly demands charges for extra amenities that he claims to have done with no prior approval. Water leaking in master bathroom. No proper facility yet for TV or Internet connection. Wash basin in master bathroom is still not installed. Window panes/grills missing in bathroom. Some electrical outlets are still not installed. Finishing work on kitchen granite counter-top is so bad. Construction dust/cement/paint is still present all over, especially on bathroom floors. Upon raising these concerns to the site engineer, the standard response is that "we will do it", but it hasn't happened. Please stay away from this builder. Come back in 2017 to buy/rent from here.
