Dear Authorities,
I'm writing a complaint about the SRI REVATHY INDANE GAS AGENCY,2/624, 1st Main Road, Munusamy Nagar,MEDAVAKKAM,CHENNAI. We placed an order for second cylinder 30 days before (11th January,2011) at agent.We gave a call to the agent representative on last five consecutive days regarding the second cylinder and explained to them clearly about the available cylinder at our hands is going to be over. But due to their irresponsibility, today(11th Feb,2011) we're struggling without cylinder availability at home. As a middle class man, How may i manage this critical situation for the high necessity consumables.Finally we're forced to buy foor from hotels today.Till getting the cylinder from the agent, we're forced to manage this kind of difficulties even though placed an order to the agent well in advance for gas cylinders!!! Gentle mans from Indane Corporation, kindly give strict instructions to your valued agents henceforth we as a middle class group peolpe never face issues.Thanks for you one and all who're really interested to take this issue seriously and help us to get the justice!
