Sri Revathy Indane Gas Agency — Account Suspended without prior notification or info

This is in reference to my consumer number 52894. When I tried doing gas booking on 15 July, I saw on Indane portal that my status is showing as Suspended and portal was not allowing me to do booking. On approaching the Agency (Sri Revathy Indance Gas) came to know that my connection is suspended as IOCL think I have multiple connections on same name or address. To ensure that I dont have multiple connection I have to submit few documents (a form, photo, ID proof, Bank details and cancelled bank check etc...). I have submitted all documents that Agency people asked me to submit on 17th July 2015 and now it is 4th Aug (more than 2 weeks gone) and my connection is still not active. In another week or so my gas will be over and it will be extremely difficult for the family of 5 members to live without gas/food. Its a mental torture to the whole family. I have NO MULTIPLE Connection, this connection is the only connection that I hold in my entire life so not sure why the account was suspended and that too without any prior notice or information. I am trying to reach Customer Care numbers[protected], 24339246 and both numbers are on constant busy tone for hours/days. Request you to please do the needful at the earliest.
