[Resolved]  Sri Selvi Indane Gas Agency — said to be supplied on 5.4.12 is not received

My Consumer Number for Indane gas is 347 and the same was booked on 13.03.12 at 15 h 34 m through cell phone by making a call to Number [protected]. The booking reference No is 277167. I have received a message from 544112 on 4.4.12 at 18 h 16 mins that against my refill booking 277167, cash memo 998 generated and cylinder shall be delivered shortly. Again i have received a message from 544112 on 5.4.12 at 14 h 41 mins that the cylinder has been delivered against refill booking 277167 with cash memo 998. Till date (i.e) upto 9.4.12 i have not received the cylinder. From this it is understood that the cylinder has been sold at higher rate to some others by the cylinder boy. This type of occasion is happened during August 2011 also. Please kindly supply the refill cylinder immediately and take appropriate action against the cylinder boy and others for giving false statement.
