[Resolved]  Srl Religare — Irresponsible behaviour of Area Manager Mr Manas Chakraborty of Bhubaneswar, Orissa

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring the following facts and irresponsible behaviour of Religare Officer Mr. Manas Chaterjee.

The blood sample of My wife Mrs Sunita Singh was taken by Mr. Chiku of Pluse Diagnostics Center, sec-19 Rourkela, for the analysis report for Anemia profile-II as prescribed by the doctor on 01/03/2012 and it was told that the anayis will be available within 3 days. The scan copy of Money receipt and the business card has been attached for the ready reference.

Since no call was there from M/S Pulse Diagnostics till 4 th day, we gave him a call on 05/03/2012 on his mobile at around 6 pm and we got the replay that no report has been received from Bhubaneswar. Again we gave a call to MR chiku (M/S Pulse Diagnostic, Rourkela) and when we wanted to know the details of getting delayed. He expressed as follows
I am responsible for collecting the sample and sending to Bhubaneswar. I am not responsible for any delay and the customer has to talk to Bhubaneswar and find it out . He also told that the sample has been sent to Mumbai and he does not know the details of it. He did not give any sample ID or the contact number of anybody from Bhubaneswar or Mumbai.
We gave him again a call today 06/03/2012 at 8 am and he told that he is busy is collecting the sample and he will call me back. So I gave him a message to give the contact Numbers of Bhubaneswar and Mumbai. But as usual he did not call and I gave him a call at around 10:30 and I fired him and asked him to say the area manager to Religare to call to me. At around 11:00 Mr. Manas Chaterjee gave me call and told this much that I will get the report by evening and then cut the phone. When I want to talk to him, he lifted his phone and repeated the same. And after that I have tried him not less than 15 times and he never responded and finally he went till switching his phone off.
Since the report was very much required for me as need by the doctor, I had no option than calling to customer care of Religare, There I talked to Mr. Mohan and expressed him my problem. He wanted to know the sample ID or the Authorized sample collector code. But I did had both. So I went to arrange a conference call with M/S Pulse Diagnostics, Rourkela, myself and Mr. Mohan and then I could know the sample has not been tested at Mumbai as it carries a wrong code which is an internal matter and no customer can know. When I asked the phone no of any officer to whom I can talk with MR Mohan said me that sorry he cannot give anybody number and he will forward my complain and they will contact me.
I waited and nobody contact me. So I searched through the Religare site and there also I did not find any link or number so that any customer can contact with an officer in case of any problem. So I got the contact number from “Contact us” and gave a ring there and talked to Madam Swati. She gave me the number of Mr. Manas Chaterjee who had kept his mobile switch off and not lifting the phone. Again on request she gave the number of Mr. Manoj Jena. I could contact Mr. Jena after getting his carrying Airtel phone no as [protected] and no the number registered in his name as [protected].

Any way he helped me out and gave me as sample ID No as 0002LC015504, MR Sunita Singh and he told me that I will get the report in the evening.

But in between I talked twice to M/S Pulse Diagnostics and he told me that he will bring the report in the evening without taking my house address or my email ID. I fired him for his idiotic and irresponsible behavior and then gave my email ID and house address.

I have attached his business card and the money receipt his issues for the test. Anybody can see that
The bill does not carry any a) email ID, 2) TIN no 3) Test code for which the amount has been taken. His business card does not contains his title and email ID.

So I would like to express that I am not able to know how M/S Pulse Diagnostic Center has been made Authorized sample collector for Religare, such a known and updated company without having the minimum thing at least the sense of responsibility. His name is not appearing in your website, In fact no body from Rourkela
Similar is the Behavior of Mr. Manas Chaterjee AM. Can anybody imagine that an AM goes till switching of his phone to avoid a customer hearing through whom he is earning his bread and butter. And because of his irresponsible attitude and incorrect test code I am suffering without none of my fault and this thing I could point it out after running from pillar to post.

When I could talk to Mr Manas in the evening, he told flatly that you can make complains and he is not responsible, Though as per customer care wrong coding of testing has been done by Bhubanwar and that is the reason the test has not been carried out

In view of the above I will request for the following actions
1) The authorization of M/S Pulse Diagnostic Center, Rourkela should be cancelled immediately.
2) All the authorized sample collector name should be available at website
3) The authorized center should issue the money receipt on official pad of Religare containing all the details like sample iD, test code, Date of sample collected and the date on which the report will be available. The customer Mobile and email Id should be noted for direct sending the report.
4) The authorized sample collector should have the TIN No and email ID
5) The AM, Bhubaneswar Mr. Manas Should be taken in to task for his total irresponsible behavior with customer.
