I had asked the customer support of STARCJ ALIVE on[protected] before placing the order online that the items as shown on TV advertisement will be delivered if the order is placed online or on phone. The customer support had informed that there shall be no difference.
Please Refer Bill No.[protected], Order No. [protected], Docket No. [protected]. I have not received all the gift item shown on TV. The Recipe Book is missing. Two mittens are missing (TV advertisement showed at least four mittens will be given, I have received only one). Incomplete (Only one Idli tray & a yellow bowl) Starter Kit has been sent (TV advertisement showed seven piece starter kit will be delivered) After receiving incomplete set of items, I called the customer support again and informed the discrepancy. The customer support has promised to deliver the missing items at the earliest. I am waiting to see how early these missing items will be delivered to me. Was this information helpful? |
